Assessment & Consulting
PA/GA or intercom systems implementation and development often involves integration with common telephone systems (PABX), fire alarm and general alarm systems and other external systems. As a part of the system requirements evaluation we offer an audit of Armtel industrial telecommunications system integration with the existing or planned infrastructure. The audit also includes a feasibility study of the system implementation. Armtel specialists are glad to share our wide integration experience with partners and customers.
Planning, Designing & Engineering
Due to our diversified integration experience under various industrial conditions our specialists provide different schemes of networking use. Armtel industrial communication systems are based on advanced and reliable technologies (ISDN, IP). Using resources of the existing network with Armtel gateways enables to reduce modernization expenses significantly and to provide new functionality at the same time. During the PDE phase our specialists support you with engineering, interface specification and required tests.
Installation & Commissioning
During the Installation & Commissioning Armtel’s technical engineers are ready to support an inspection, installation, commissioning or to act as a supervisor. Finally our engineers support integration and acceptance tests of the systems and solutions.
Armtel offers standard and customized trainings for provided products and solutions. The trainings can be held on site in the plant or in Armtel’s different business units.
After Sales Service
Armtel technical support maintains our partners and customers through all stages of the system life cycle. It includes a whole set of services: from training aiming at the demonstration of our equipment operating in accordance with the service requirements to installation supervision. The essential stage is the after-sales technical support of the installed systems.
Armtel Technical Support is intended for failure diagnosis of industrial intercom and PA/GA equipment and the system restoring to the normal operation in accordance with technical requirements. It includes:
- “Hot Line” for receiving and processing of requests;
- Specialist on-site visit;
- Remote technical support;
- Technical directory-inquiry service;
- Access to technical documentation.
The Technical Supporte is used for providing the optimal level of the equipment specifications as well as prevention of the system failures and upsets.
